We need at least 10 people to run a coffee morning, and we need Cakes, buns, biscuits etc to sell (they can make a lot of money).

We set up at 9.30am.

Customers are let in from 10am.

We stop serving around 11.30am (depending on customers)

We need to clear up by 12 noon.

In the kitchen we need someone making tea & coffee, someone toasting teacakes, someone on the dishwasher, and at least 1 person pouring teas and coffees.

We need someone selling tickets

We need at least 1 person selling cakes

We need at least 3 people taking teas and coffees round the hall.

Please talk up the choir, either to join us, or book us for a concert / wedding.
